					Friendly professional serviceman...They knew right away what the problem was and fixed it..In and out in less than 15 minutes...The secretary called in advance and said they were on their way so I wasn't sitting around guessing what time they were coming!! I will definitely use them again if the need arises!!

					Woke up to a cold November morning with a furnace that wasn't working. Called Best. They said if we would consider overtime they could be out today. If not two days from now. Considering the weather forecast I opted for overtime. However the receptionist said they would try to work me into they're daily schedule. Around 12:45 p I was called and told Bill was on his way. He arrived a few minutes later. After about 10 minutes of diagnosis it was determined I had a bad module. Seeing the unit was at least 28 years old I was concerned. Bill called to see if they had a replacement parts. Luckily they did. It was delivered by a driver within 10 minutes. Bill was finished up and out of here in about 1 hour total. Thank you Best Furnace and Bill.

I've been working with my brother and partner Walt at our company since 1978. Best furnace is family business, with my son Brian joining us in 2013. We strive to be the most honest and reputable company that we can be. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, socializing with friends and family, playing guitar and working around the house.

I started at Best Furnace doing HVAC in 2013. I have 12 years of experience doing installation and service work on residential and commercial equipment. In my spare time I like to golt spend time with friends and family and go skiing.

Joely

Joely has been keeping the office running smooth for 20 years by overseeing all office operations, special projects and personnel. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and dogs

Riley

Riley is an installer and service tech who has been with the company for over 4 years. In his spare time, he collects vintage cameras.

Nick

Hi my is Nick and I install equipment related to heating and cooling. In my free time I like to work in my shop tinkering on different things.

Nikki

Nikki is the first point of contact when you call into Best Furnace. She handles customer relations and technician logistics. When not working, she loves being with her family and dogs.

Bill

Bill has been working at Best Furnace since 1987 and is very skilled in the diagnosis and repair of heating and cooling equipment.

Steve

Has been with Best Furnace since 1991 and is very knowledgeable about all types of heating and cool ing equipment.
