Within hours the technician, Steve arrived. He was reassuring the furnace could be fixed on the spot. He was very efficient and installed a blower in minutes. I was grateful my furnace was successfully operating again.

I am so grateful to have had this company recommended to me after a different company didn't fix my furnace problem! An appointment was made for the same day I called - the lady who answers the phone is SO pleasant. My technician, Steve, was awesome from start to finish! I will forever use them from here on out. I am so pleased.

Friendly professional serviceman...They knew right away what the problem was and fixed it..In and out in less than 15 minutes...The secretary called in advance and said they were on their way so I wasn't sitting around guessing what time they were coming!! I will definitely use them again if the need arises!!

Woke up to a cold November morning with a furnace that wasn't working. Called Best. They said if we would consider overtime they could be out today. If not two days from now. Considering the weather forecast I opted for overtime. However the receptionist said they would try to work me into they're daily schedule. Around 12:45 p I was called and told Bill was on his way. He arrived a few minutes later. After about 10 minutes of diagnosis it was determined I had a bad module. Seeing the unit was at least 28 years old I was concerned. Bill called to see if they had a replacement parts. Luckily they did. It was delivered by a driver within 10 minutes. Bill was finished up and out of here in about 1 hour total. Thank you Best Furnace and Bill.

Furnace went out the morning we were leaving for NYC. Bill went out of his way to get to us early and fix our issue. Amazing service! Thank you very much and I tell everyone about your company.

My wife and I have had Best Furnance LTD out to our home twice; once for an estimate for central air-conditioning installation, and the second time for a pre-winter furnance inspection. John (estimator) and Steve (technician) were both on time, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing and the various options for future service and installation. We’re extremely happy and satisfied with our experiences with Best Furnace LTD, and being new to the area it’s comforting to know that we have a good HVAC company available to us without going through the trial and error to find one.

Set up an appointment for the next day and the technician, Bill, was prompt, super nice and worked quickly to get our furnace back up and running.

Called because I had a furnace problem. Quick service and it was done right.

Just bought a home where best furnace had done some repairs a month back. We had an issue and turns out it was a new issue but not a Major and instead of charging it for us, he included it in our warranty call. Which is something I know they didn’t have to do and most place wouldn’t do. Only place I’ll use from here on out. Very honest and fair.

Called Best Furnace, their name was on our thermostat, because the furnace was running but no cold air. They talked me through a few things, ultimately to find the outside unit was not on. They arrived 20 minutes later. Bill was very friendly and professional. Also wore a mask when entering our home. Was able to diagnose the issue and fix the broken wire to our furnace. We have two young children, so having cold air back on was vital. We'll be calling them for all our HVAC needs.

Great job guys! Would have liked the choice of having the old unit for scrap as you taking it.

They've always taken care of our hvac needs quickly.

I arrived home from work and walked into my house and knew right away I had a problem. it was 87* and after 5pm . I called and within 5 min the tech called me back . within 60 min he was there fixed the problem was very professional and treated fairly on the price.

We needed central a/c put in and they did a great job at a very reasonable rate. They told us they would be out around 9am and done between 2-4pm. The two technicians arrived right on time and were very polite and respectful. They kept everything very clean and tidy. They did not have stuff lying all over and they put cloth down on any surface that was holding any of their work items. There was a piece of wood that is part of the landscaping border and they did a great job cutting it and moving it but still making it fit in with everything else and it's hard to tell that it hasn't always been that way. We were very impressed with everyone we dealt with and would highly recommend this company.

Friendly staff and family owned...reliable

Technician very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me some nice tips to make my furnace run better and last longer. He also suggested a way to heat and cool my loft area, which has always be a problem. Very happy with their service!

Woke up without heat and troubleshooting on my own did not produce the results I was after. Called Best at 8:30 a.m. and was given an appointment time of between 10 - Noon. Technician showed up at 9:40, replaced the faulty blower motor, and was gone by 10:30. Outstanding service at a reasonable price.
